Mahjong 101 is our completely beginner-friendly introductory class designed for anyone who has never touched a tile before. We leave all the pressure at the door and focus entirely on fun, friendship, and learning the ropes together at a relaxed, comfortable pace.

• Getting to Know the Tiles: We will introduce you to the suits—bams, cracks, and dots—along with the winds, dragons, and flowers.
• Friendly Game Flow: Learn how we build the walls, deal the tiles, and take turns drawing and discarding.
• The Charleston Dance: Master the art of the traditional tile-passing sequence with ease.
• Decoding the Card: We will gently guide you through the official National Mah Jongg League card so you can spot winning patterns like a pro.
• Declaring Mahjong: Learn exactly when to call out for that final tile and celebrate your very first win!
